General terms and conditions of business

General Terms and Conditions (GTC):

  1. Scope 1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders and contracts concluded through our online shop at www.atzensportstudio.de . 1.2 We do not recognize any deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

    3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.

3.2 By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt and acceptance of your order will be sent via automated email immediately after submission. This email confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.

4. Prices and payment terms

4.1 The prices quoted are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs, the amount of which you can see on the product page or in your shopping cart.

4.2 Payment can be made either in advance, via PayPal, or by credit card. If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days.

5. Delivery conditions

5.1 Delivery takes place within Germany.

5.2 Delivery is generally 5-7 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. We will notify you immediately of any delivery delays.

5.3 If an ordered item is not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will notify you immediately and refund any payments already received.

6. Retention of title The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.

7.2 We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use or handling of the goods.

7.3 Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded unless these relate to essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act are affected.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

8.2 The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, provided that the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will be published on our website.
