Conditions of participation for the Atzensportstudio competition

1. Organizer
The competition is organized by Atzensportstudio . You can find our contact details in ourlegal notice .

2. Eligibility to participate

  • Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
  • Persons under 18 years of age may only participate if a parent or guardian confirms in writing that they may accept the prize.
  • Participation is only possible with a public and active Instagram account .

3. Participation period
The competition begins with the publication of the competition post on Instagram and ends on May 24th at 11:59 p.m. (CET) .

4. Conditions of participation
To participate in the competition, the following conditions must be met:

  2. Tag 3 friends in the comments
  3. Follow @atzensportstudio, @lucky.l_one & @68yurek
  4. (Optional) Share the post in your story for an additional chance to win

Participation is free and independent of the purchase of a product.

5. Prize & Shipping

  • The prizes will be announced in the competition post on Instagram.
  • Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
  • Prizes will only be sent to the following countries:
    • Germany, Austria
    • Shipping to other countries is not possible.

6. Winner determination & contact

  • The winners will be chosen at random .
  • The winners will be announced on May 24th in the Instagram story of @atzensportstudio and contacted via direct message via the official account @atzensportstudio .
  • Please note: We do not send prize notifications via other accounts or external links. Please beware of scam attempts!

7. Registration deadline & new draw

  • The winners must contact us within 14 days of the announcement .
  • If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be drawn again .

8. Exclusion of participants
Atzensportstudio reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if:

  • Multiple accounts are used to participate (fake accounts, bots).
  • There is an obvious violation of the conditions of participation.
  • Offensive or inappropriate comments are left under the post.

9. Disclaimer & Changes

  • Atzensportstudio assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, delays or data loss.
  • We reserve the right to change or terminate the competition prematurely at any time for important reasons.

10. Data protection

  • The data collected as part of the competition (Instagram user name) will be used exclusively to conduct the competition .
  • After the competition has ended, no personal data will be stored.

11. Instagram notice
This giveaway is published on Instagram and may be supported by advertising. However, it is not directly affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram or Meta .
